Once you have your event details solidified, our software will auto generate a marketing email in just a few clicks! Upon the software creating your marketing email, you can easily select your recipient list. From there, you can send the email instantly, or schedule it to send at a later date.
Registration Management
Upon creating the event, you can list the number of available registrations you will accept for the event. The software will automatically calculate your percentage of registrations, and will not allow additional registrations once your event is full. Our software will also automatically disable the ability to register once the registration deadline has passed, as the event planner you can manually make adjustments to add/delete registrations beyond the deadline.
Sales Tracking
Following the event, the cost per family will automatically be calculated and added to each family’s ledger. You will also be able to run reports easily to see how your events are performing over time.
